Amidst COVID-19, HER Fund aimed to make online workshops as accessible as possible. We shared and taught about the usage of innovative tools and techniques for experiential and engaging online facilitation to our Grantee Partners and other women-led organisations in Hong Kong. The Online Facilitation 101 was a starting place to gain immediate tips on how to make online work more interactive. In doing so, we were able to utilise the wisdom of our participants.  

Impacts:

• 40 participants from 18 organisations joined the virtual workshop.
• The trainers introduced hardware set- up and the functions of online meeting platforms.
• The participants successfully obtained new skills and knowledge of online facilitation and increased their confidence in facilitating online discussions.
