| Outline | This funding project provides core support to two organizations, the Association for the Advancement of Feminism (AAF) and One Book Half Gender Space (Onebookhalf), to help them find new directions for organizational development, learn from each other, and explore a common vision and collaboration model. The funding project is divided into three phases. The first phase is about exploring organizational development, including providing capacity building for the core members of the two organizations, re-examining and reforming their internal structures, exploring and positioning the organizations' visions and missions, and planning their development directions for the next 5 years. Secondly, One Book Half has the advantage of engaging the younger generation; while AAF has the skills of analyzing the historical context of the gender equality movement and project management. During the second phase, they will jointly plan exchange activities to leverage the strengths and complementarity of the new and old organizations, together they will look for the potential to discover new perspectives and angles on gender issues, inspiring existing gender movements and creating new discourses and topics. The last phase is about implementing joint achievements and developing a collaboration model to promote gender equality jointly. |
