Outline Domestic violence against women has been acknowledged as a worldwide social problem. For ethnic minority women, they have to consider the religious issue, social network among their community, and language barrier, etc. that affect their help-seeking behaviors.This research is looking at the experiences of domestic violence as it manifests among minority ethnic community in Hong Kong, and to provide valuable information for developing a culturally appropriate intervention practice framework and prevention programmes.
