Virtuous Lady Club 2011 identified the phenomena of huge mental and physical pressure that caretakers facing with the change in working and living environment throughout the epidemic. The neglect and dissatisfaction of women leaders’ mental needs marked difficulties in civil participation and community cohesion.

The campaign aims to sustain women leaders’ connection as eliminating their mental pressures via building mutual support platforms, fostering internal communications, and organizing workshops.
